Commercial rate for company picnics that have over 50 employees requires an additional $100. Anytime an outside caterer is used an additional charge of $75 will be charged to offset the cost of extra arrangements by park personnel.
Company picnics that utilize the grounds outside of the ballroom and the evergreen for games, rides and events will be charged an additional grounds fee of not less than $50 and not to exceed $250.
Non-profit church groups, civic groups, etc. that have Hopewell Township as their address, may
use the shelters and the Evergreen for meetings and events that are not fund raising, etc. on days when the shelters have not been rented at no cost, provided they require NO set up and they clean up upon leaving.
When canceling a shelter you must cancel 30 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reservation date will result in loss of all rental fees.
